Tuesday, June 1, 2010 -9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Event: Muffin with Mom - 9:00 - 12 Noon
Wednesday, June 2, 2010 - 9:00a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Event: Punch with Pop - 3:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m.
Thursday, June 3, 2010 - 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Event: Grand Event - 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday, June 4, 2010 - 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Event: Last Call - this is the last day to purchase books and other items available at the book fair.

Valentine's Day Party

Get your valentines ready! Set PARTY! Perry Carnegie Library, Children's Department is having a Valentine's Party. Tuesday, February 9th and Wednesday, February 10th. We will have cookies and punch.

Storytime in February

Come join us for Storytime during the month of February! Themes for this month are: Groundhog and his shadow, Happy Valentine's Day, Off to see the Dentist, and Pancake Day. We will have fun reading books and doing crafts.
See you either Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 10:10 - 10:50.

Storytime
"Christmas @ the Library" - Tuesday & Wednesday, December 8th & 9th, 10:10 - 10:50 a.m.
"Santa Claus @ the Library" - Tuesday, December 15th, 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. Santa will read his favorite Christmas story, pictures will be taken with the jolly old man in red. Punch and cookies will be served.
No Storytime from December 16th until January 5th.
"Open House and Tea" - Thursday, December 10th, 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. Perry Carnegie Library, Friends of the Library, will host its Second Annual Open House, come visit our library, take a tour, and partake in refreshments of hot apple cider and cookies. Cherie M. Fields, author of "The Sun Will Come Up Tomorrow", (Fields is married to local resident, Gerald Payne), will be here to sign her new book. She will also have books for sale. We would love to have you join us. Be sure to stay downtown for the Christmas Parade that will follow at 7:00 p.m.
"PACE Annual Christmas Movie and Party" - Thursday, December 17th, 1:30 - 3:30.

Closed for Thanksgiving

Perry Carnegie Library will be closed beginning Wednesday, November 25th, 3:00 p.m. and reopen Monday, November 30th, 9:00. The staff of PCL would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Thanksgiving.

October is Safety Month

Good Morning,
Be sure to join us on Friday, October 16, 2009, 10:00 - 11:00, Thelma Knox Brown Conference Room.
Perry Carnegie Library and Friends of the Library, Perry Carnegie Library, will host a Safety Program. Our guests will be the Perry Police Department including Tygo, Perry's K-9 unit, and Perry Fire Department, who will have a fire truck set up on the west side of the library for the children to explorer. Each department will present a short program.
